How Does Piezowave Work?

PiezoWave2 technology is based on the same conceptual technology as lithotripsy (used to break up kidney stones), but with lower, more pinpoint energy. Think of a submarine sending out sonar waves — when the waves find something, they send a signal back. Similarly, MyACT uses sound waves to locate and treat compromised tissue precisely.

The patient does not feel anything during treatments when the device is over healthy or well-hydrated tissue. When it passes over any compromised tissue, the patient feels a dull aching sensation — like pushing on a bruise. This biomechanical feedback confirms you're treating the correct location.
